Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and comprehensive market valuations for potential seller's properties
• Act as a brand ambassador, operating in an allocated territory and engaging with customers to build strong relationships
• Support customers throughout their journey, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales process
• Build and maintain a network of contacts, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth

Requirements

• Highly experienced in property sales, with a strong understanding of the local market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide accurate and comprehensive valuations
• A full and clean UK driving license, with a valid vehicle for business use
