Salary
The salary for this role is £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at a leading SEN school. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting learners with complex needs, including those with physical disabilities and autism. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and contribute to a culture of excellence and inclusivity. You will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans and deliver high-quality education.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for someone with experience working with children with special educational needs and a relevant qualification such as a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools or a degree in a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
