About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Development Lead to join our Learning and Development Team at mydentist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing clinical development propositions that support our Clinical Strategy, L&D Strategy, People Plan, business goals, and identified development needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement clinical development propositions that align with our business objectives and support the growth of our dental network.
  • Design and facilitate creative and engaging learning campaigns and content that communicate with diverse audiences within the organisation, inspiring colleagues to make changes in line with desired outcomes.
  • Build and nurture stakeholder networks across the organisation, monitoring agreed projects versus expectations and seeking input from key stakeholders to support our learning and development culture.
  • Develop and implement a full end-to-end learning solution from communications, launch through to evaluation and transition beyond programme for all clinical development training propositions.
Requirements
  • Clinical experience in a dental setting with a proven track record of creating clinically led development plans and content.
  • Experience of developing and delivering training or presentations, with a strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at a senior level, with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to objectively analyse and evaluate anecdotal and reported data to identify trends, themes, and opportunities, with a creative and confident approach to exploring new ways to add value and enhance the employee experience.
