Classroom Leader Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Classroom Leader to join our team at Wessex Lodge School, Frome. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.
About the Role
The Classroom Leader will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality education to our students. You will work collaboratively with our team to create engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Responsibilities
- Safeguarding all pupils across the school
- Exhibiting the highest level of professional standards at all times
- Planning and delivering learning to a class
- Promoting the love of learning in whatever area of school life to all students
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Educated to Qualified Teacher Status
- A calm, engaging, resilient, and innovative teaching style
- Motivation by helping every pupil to reach their potential
- A full UK Driving Licence
- QTS
- Experience/qualifications relevant to job role
- SEMH experience
