Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a key member of our catering operation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our kitchens and service areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all kitchen and service areas.
- Work in various areas of the kitchen according to the weekly rota.
- Organize and maintain catering storage areas, ensuring they are always clean and tidy.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements.
- Receive, count, inspect, and store goods and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation and service as required.
- Experience working in Education catering is desirable.
- Good Health & Safety knowledge is essential.
- Flexibility, a can-do attitude, and excellent customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and enjoy succeeding as a team.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail are necessary.
