Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients, providing comprehensive medical care, and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Managing a caseload of patients and providing routine consultations, home visits, and on-call services.
  2. Assessing and treating a wide range of health conditions, including undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
  3. Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
  4. Developing care plans in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.
  5. Providing counselling and health education to patients.
  6. Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong clinical background as a General Practitioner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to lifelong learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £11,409 - £13,165 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
