Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Colleague Service Business Partner to join our team, working closely with colleagues, students, and parents to provide high-quality support and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to teachers, students, and parents, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational policies and initiatives that promote student achievement and well-being.
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across the trust.

Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as education or a related subject.
  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
