About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Azelis. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for managing and developing purchasing strategies across a defined principal portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maximize NWC and COGS efficiency
  • Manage demand planning for a defined principal portfolio
  • Collaborate with commercial assistants and supply chain administrators to ensure optimal stock management
  • Set up and maintain master planning data in ERP
  • Define and review principals' expectations and specifications
  • Elaborate and provide purchase forecasts to suppliers
  • Optimize stock rotation, limitation of impairment, and rationalization of logistics expenses
  • Ensure best balance between margins maximization and DIO optimization
  • Analyze sales and understand customers' behaviors
  • Generate and send replenishment reviews to Supply Chain Administrator
  • Support Master Planning process within AX
  • Provide Stock Replenishment Order Reviews to the back office team
  • Liaise with commercial assistants to ensure accuracy of sales forecasting
  • Assist Supply Chain Administrators, Warehouse, and Logistics functions for stock variance/discrepancies
  • Participate in stock count and reconciliation procedures
  • Draw up yearly budget and KPIs
  • Master business-related IT tools (AX, BI, CRM)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience
  • Commercial and dynamic mindset
  • Passionate about achieving goals/targets
  • High service level standards
  • Understanding of market dynamics and requirements
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to new and changing requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Very good IT skills (CRM, AX Dynamics, Excel)
