Warehouse and Distribution Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse and Distribution Manager to lead our team and drive operational excellence in our distribution centres.

About the Role:

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and that our business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the Front: You will take ownership of the warehouse and distribution operations, guiding a skilled team to achieve peak performance and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Drive Results: You will have a keen eye for sales targets, team performance, and operational efficiencies, with a proven track record in warehouse, distribution, or retail management.
  • Team Leadership: You will excel at leading teams, mentoring others, and developing talent, ensuring your team is motivated to hit targets and exceed expectations.
  • Operational Excellence: You will have success in managing KPIs, delivering sales and service targets, and driving operational efficiency, with familiarity with Microsoft Office packages and experience in managing compliance across Health & Safety, GDPR, and Quality Control.
  • Travel Requirements: You will be required to travel between Aberdeen and Dundee depots as part of your remit.
