Job Title: Chief People Officer

At Junior Adventures Group, we are seeking a highly experienced Chief People Officer to lead our National Manager – People and Culture Partnerships role. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating P&C service delivery, workforce planning, remuneration, and industrial relations for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate seamless P&C service delivery
• Establish functional metrics and develop long-term workforce planning action plans
• Build and maintain a high-performing P&C functional team
• Leverage HRIS data and reporting to drive high-performance organisation
• Build leadership capability aligned to JAG values

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum

Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Demonstrated experience leading P&C partnership teams in businesses with over 3000 employees
• Understanding of Modern Award interpretation and structured remuneration and benefits
• Experience in Organisational Development projects and improving HRIS in a multi-jurisdictional business
• Well-developed understanding of People metrics
• Ability to identify and implement process and system improvements
• Experience coaching, partnering, and briefing senior leaders
• Australian work rights and current valid driver's license
• Current AHRI membership
• PROSCI change management certification or equivalent
