About the Role:

Sellick Partnership Limited - Public Sector is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their team in the South East. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and services to client organisations on a wide range of litigation matters, including employment law.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with experience in representing clients in employment tribunals, discrimination cases, and unfair dismissals. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as a legal advisor to client organisations
  • To provide support to lawyers and act as a point of contact on a variety of cases
  • To attend courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy where required and to represent clients in negotiations and discussions with third parties
