About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects of £6m Re-Clad's in the London/Greater London area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement detailed programs and schedules to accurately monitor and report progress.
  • Implement all statutory, regulatory, and company requirements for managing Health and Safety.
  • Ensure a successful and smooth handover of the project, including support to the customer/end user throughout the handover process.
  • Prepare risk registers and manage the mitigation/management strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience of facades, cladding, curtain walling, and Steel Framing.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager.
  • CSCS Card - Management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of NEC Conditions of Contract, and implementing contract processes.
  • Experience of running projects as a "number 1" above £5M in value.
  • Extensive knowledge of program planning, sequencing, and updating.
