Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver treatments to the highest standard, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
- Build strong relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with new treatments and trends.
- Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong time management and attention to detail, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly, genuine, and warm approach to guests and colleagues.
