Job Description

As a seasoned Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing debt via telephone, letter, and email to ensure timely payment from customers;">
  • Setting up new accounts and maintaining accurate records;">
  • Assisting in maintaining credit limits and assessing the risks of existing customers;">
  • Managing bad debts by liaising with debt collection agencies and solicitors as necessary;">
  • Resolving internal and external queries in a professional and courteous manner.">
