Your responsibilities will include setting organisational strategy, standards, and operational policy, as well as working effectively with local partnerships to safeguard our communities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Force in providing an outstanding policing service, putting the public first in all that you do.
  • Helping to achieve the Force priorities of tackling and preventing crime, investigating crime, early intervention and prevention, and ensuring Northamptonshire Police is a great place to work.
  • Working effectively with local partnerships to safeguard our communities.

A familiarisation evening will be held to provide an opportunity to learn more about the role and the Force.
