About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employment Tax Director to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our Employment Tax service line, you will play a crucial role in shaping our offerings and driving growth in this area.

As a leader in Employment Tax, you will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality services to clients, with a focus on tax governance, reward strategy, and employment tax advisory. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal and external contacts to deliver high-quality Employment Tax services
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work with Strategic Markets to develop go-to-market strategies and drive growth in the Employment Tax service line
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional results and drive business development
  • Train and develop junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ATT, CTA) and significant experience in Employment Tax
  • Strong technical knowledge of Employment Tax areas, including tax governance, reward strategy, and employment tax advisory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and driving business growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
