About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Compliance
  • Providing technical support to other site functions and the wider business.
  • Managing Complaints
  • Investigating food safety, compliance, and quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive actions and corrective action programmes to foster continuous improvement.
  • Leading Audits
  • Managing the internal audit program to promote compliance and drive improvement.
  • Developing Training Programs
  • Developing and delivering food safety and quality training programs.
  • Providing Trend Information
  • Providing trend information and reports on key quality/safety indicators and implementing measures for ongoing enhancement.
  • Participating in HACCP Team
  • Actively participating as a member of the HACCP team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in FMCG
  • HACCP Level 3 or above.
  • Auditing Experience
  • Auditing experience; supported and/or lead multiple audits.
