About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our quality assurance efforts. As Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring Compliance
- Providing technical support to other site functions and the wider business.
- Managing Complaints
- Investigating food safety, compliance, and quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive actions and corrective action programmes to foster continuous improvement.
- Leading Audits
- Managing the internal audit program to promote compliance and drive improvement.
- Developing Training Programs
- Developing and delivering food safety and quality training programs.
- Providing Trend Information
- Providing trend information and reports on key quality/safety indicators and implementing measures for ongoing enhancement.
- Participating in HACCP Team
- Actively participating as a member of the HACCP team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in FMCG
- HACCP Level 3 or above.
- Auditing Experience
- Auditing experience; supported and/or lead multiple audits.
