**About the Opportunity:**

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join our team on a locum basis in Derbyshire.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
