Mulberry Court is a retirement living scheme in Newbury, offering 23 one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats.

We're seeking a Scheme Coordinator / Wellbeing & Community Connector to assist the Delivery Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the independent living scheme. This role involves delivering an on-site housing management service that supports residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience working in a housing environment or recent frontline customer service experience.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn our in-house systems.
  • Have excellent record-keeping skills, ensuring accurate and clear representation of information.
  • Be a motivated and committed self-starter with strong organisational skills, passionate about delivering innovative services.
  • Be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external agencies.
  • Think practically and logically, producing high-quality work and overcoming problems to meet deadlines.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and complaints with support from managers as required.

Appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service Check, satisfactory references, and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
