Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centred care to residents and their families.
  • Mentoring and supporting colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Attending safeguarding training and seeking appropriate advice when necessary.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a valid NMC Pin number and be committed to effective communication and professional behaviour. You should also be an advocate for person-centred care, vigilant in recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns, and willing to attend relevant training.
