Role Overview

The Delivery Team Leader plays a pivotal role in managing a team of Delivery Executives in the Life Sciences, Renewables, or Data & IT division. This position involves liaising with the Delivery Manager and/or Group Delivery Manager to ensure the team is working on the right roles for the business at any given time.

Monthly performance reviews are conducted, and support/advice is offered with individual career progression. Line management is provided to designated Delivery Executives to prioritize which assignments to operate on in conjunction with GDM, Sales Leadership, and Business Winners.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To work with Delivery Executives on a daily basis, ensuring they are set, working towards, and achieving their daily objectives.
  • To oversee candidate searches on the company's database, job boards, and communities of interest and ensure all suitable candidates are contacted to discuss contract opportunities across the team.
  • To ensure Delivery Executives do not work requirements unless fully qualified and job order forms are used when client permits.
  • To work with the Talent Acquisition Team in the recruitment and selection of new hires.
  • Acting as back-up to the Business Winning team where needed concerning the arrangement of interviews and providing travel information and managing the interview process (pre/post-interview conversations and closing candidates).
