Wake Night Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Wake Night Support Worker to join our team. As a Wake Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities
  • Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Prepare meals, clean, and perform laundry duties
  • Accurately record and maintain notes and records
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional care

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding
