Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our Liverpool store team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store goals.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of service excellence and teamwork.
