Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our Ward team at Buckshaw Hospital in Chorley. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working effectively in a team environment, and contributing to the overall success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to our hospital's standards and policies.
- Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring individualized and evidence-based care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements
- NMC registration.
- Previous experience working within a surgical ward.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
