We are seeking an experienced Ex-Prison Officer to join our SEMH school as a Behaviour Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting student behaviour and development.

• Student Behaviour Support: Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner.
• Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by adhering to school policies and procedures.

• A passion for helping young people with SEMH challenges achieve their potential.
