Technical Security Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Security Professional to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our security organization, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of making the world a safer place. The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or consulting. They will also be proficient in cloud and hybrid infrastructure design, migration, industry standards, and technology management. Additionally, certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Cloud Security is highly valued.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be passionate about cybersecurity and have a deep understanding of Microsoft's security architectures, solutions, and technologies.

The responsibilities of this position include:
  • Developing strategies and recommendations to improve client security posture, shape technical win plans, and tailor Microsoft messaging to audience for security opportunities.
  • Leading technical presentations, demonstrations, workshops, architecture design sessions, explain, demonstrate, and architect the solution to help solve customer security challenges and priorities.
  • Demonstrating and overseeing proof of concepts, present and apply architecture patterns, prove capabilities and integration into customer environment, and drive cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions for security.
