We are seeking a qualified Employment Lawyer to join our team in North Yorkshire. As a part-time Employment Lawyer, you will work closely with a Senior Solicitor, handling a high-quality caseload covering key Employment Law issues.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing practical advice to clients on Employment Law matters
  2. Handling contracts of employment, discrimination claims, and disciplinary and grievance matters
  3. Assisting with settlement agreements, TUPE guidance, and unfair dismissal claims
  4. Representing clients in Employment Tribunals and advising on reorganisations and redundancies
Requirements:

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a solid background in Employment Law. You will enjoy working in a dynamic team, excel at providing outstanding client care, and be eager to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
