Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to join our team in Hitchin. As a Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals to our high standards. You'll work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that every dish meets our quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety
