Cybersecurity Specialist – Inside IR35 – Hybrid

Our client, a leading provider of recruitment services, is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The role is initially for 6 months with a view to extend.

Please note, the position is INSIDE of IR35. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site in a hybrid capacity, with a mix of remote and office-based work.

Cybersecurity Specialist – Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on cybersecurity best practices to the client's team
  • Developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies to mitigate risks
  • Collaborating with the client's IT department to ensure seamless integration of security measures
  • Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and technologies

Cybersecurity Specialist – Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Strong knowledge of SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO27001
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • NIST certifications an advantage
