Job Description

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our team and drive operational standards. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for spinning multiple plates to deliver sales and manage a high-volume digital operation. You'll need to be hard working, proactive, and able to instil our values into your team and store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement
  • Manage a high-volume digital operation, including online home delivery and e-commerce
  • Instil our values into your team and store, promoting a positive work environment
