Job Description:
As a Specialist Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping children with complex needs achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work 1:1 with pupils who have ASD and other complex needs
• Support children's behaviour and learning in the classroom
• Record pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers
