Senior Client Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at GBS Buck. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our top clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and leading a team of Client Relationship Managers.
Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional client service, meeting commercial contract obligations, and supporting client strategy. You will also be responsible for leading client meetings, communicating decisions and actions to the delivery team, and managing client escalation processes.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in maximizing contract revenue, resolving claims and commercial issues, and ensuring effective management and delivery of services to key clients.
About You- APMI or qualified by experience.
- Minimum 15 years' client-facing experience in Pension scheme administration.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Deep understanding of pensions legislation and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Proven track record of client retention and timely dispute resolution.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Systems.
