About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Data Standards Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our school and making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on data analysis, tracking, and reporting systems through our school management information system (SIMs)
  • Support our whole school raising achievement agenda
  • Line manage the Raising Standards Team, including the Exams Officer and Data Assistant
  • Provide strategic direction, training, and guidance to staff and SLT on progress and attainment data, curriculum, and examinations
  • Support the effective management of external examinations and internal assessments
  • Produce, analyse, and report on student achievement and progress data for various stakeholders
