The Financial Controller will oversee the company's finance function, ensuring financial compliance, scalability of processes, and strategic alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Person Profile
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with sufficient post-qualification experience.
  • Ideally has experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing finance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, controls, and compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • This is a rapidly growing environment, the successful candidate will be highly driven, ambitious and with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to deliver to tight timescales, manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
