Job Overview

The Ad Warrior is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead their Additional Learning Support functions. As the Head of Additional Learning and High Needs Support, you will be responsible for ensuring that learners with additional learning needs and high needs receive the support they need to succeed.

You will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to support, developing and implementing a strategic vision for additional learning and high needs support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality support services for learners with additional learning needs and high needs.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for additional learning and high needs support across the organisation.
  • Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a joined-up approach to support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services.
  • Keeppositively working to promote equality and diversity within the department and college as a whole.

Salary: £43,457 per annum + Benefits
