As an apprentice, you'll be tasked with maintaining the trust's ICT network and equipment, assisting in software installations, and providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the trust's ICT network and equipment
  • Assist in the installation of new and existing software
  • Provide technical support to all users of the network
  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment
  • Support and promote the application and development of IT for learning and teaching

Working with Baltic Apprenticeships:

You'll be closely supported by the Trust IT Manager and a specialist coach from Baltic Apprenticeships, who will provide you with guidance and industry expert knowledge throughout your journey. Our expert training team will deliver your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, ensuring you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the IT industry.

Salary and Benefits:

  • £12,314 per annum
  • Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3:30pm
