We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health's Weston-Super-Mare Fitness and Wellbeing Club.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of our members while using our wet facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room.
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment that makes our members feel valued and supported.
• Provide a warm welcome and efficient service to all members, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Be attentive and alert at all times, responding promptly to any incidents or safety concerns.
• Connect with members, helping them to feel engaged and supported in their health and wellbeing journey.
