Currency Expert Role

Salary: £50 per hour

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Currency Expert at Tesco Travel Money Advisor. As a Currency Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and offering great travel money solutions to our clients.

  • Provide expert advice on travel money and currency exchange to customers.
  • Negotiate and manage foreign currency sales, taking into account customer preferences and needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless customer transactions and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent communication and service skills.
