Job Description

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Gaming Analyst to join our team at Fnatic Ltd. As a pivotal member of our Counter Strike 2 coaching staff, you will be instrumental in shaping the future success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Coach to formulate and refine tactical strategies, emphasizing counter-strategies and opponent analysis to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with individual players to enhance their role and agent-specific skills through personalized coaching, analysis, and intensive practice sessions.
  • Conduct thorough gameplay analysis to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback to elevate player performance.
  • Perform live analysis of official matches and scrims, providing real-time insights and feedback to players and coaching staff.
  • Code and edit match footage post-game to produce comprehensive post-match reports and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Update and maintain statistical databases for trend analysis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date performance metrics.
  • Update training databases and logs after each session, contributing to the holistic development of players and the team.
  • Produce content for team strategy sessions and team debriefs, enhancing communication and learning.
  • Create detailed reports on various aspects of performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
  • A keen eye for game coding, video editing, and statistical analysis.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in game development tools and languages.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics and strategies.
