Job Title: Fraud Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a Fraud Solicitor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support in relation to regulatory work, including trading standards, enforcement actions, and breaches of licensing conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist support and advice on regulatory matters, including trading standards, enforcement actions, and breaches of licensing conditions.
  • Represent the Council and other clients in the magistrates court, county court, or crown court as required.
  • Assess evidence and determine the likely prospects of success and public interest in prosecuting matters.

Requirements:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or barrister authorized to practice.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of practical legal work experience, with 2 years in the area of prosecutions and regulatory work.
