We are seeking a responsible and experienced Transport Supervisor - Driver to manage our transport operations. This role involves driving, coordinating logistics, maintaining vehicles, scheduling routes, and overseeing the transportation team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Safely transport equipment to designated locations
* Operate and maintain our vehicle fleet in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
* Assist with loading and unloading of equipment

**Transport Coordination:**

* Plan and schedule daily delivery and transport routes for drivers
* Assign vehicles and drivers to specific routes based on delivery requirements, efficiency, and driver availability
* Ensure clear communication with team members regarding delivery times and any delays

**Fleet Management:**

* Ensure all drivers adhere to safety standards, legal requirements, and company policies
* Conduct regular safety training for drivers and provide updates on best practices
* Manage driver schedules, time-offs, and shift rotations

**Requirements:**

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Experience as a driver and in logistics/transportation coordination
* Knowledge of transportation laws, safety regulations, and fleet management practices
* Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, transport management systems)
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings or holidays when necessary

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Certification in logistics or fleet management
* Experience managing a team of drivers or transport staff
