As an Export Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategically mapping global markets, developing a new business approach, and executing a plan to drive sales and revenue growth. With a strong understanding of global markets and a strategic new business approach, you will be able to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, driving business growth and expansion.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with a focus on face-to-face visits and activity from the UK. You will be working closely with a larger group, with a strong focus on training and development, excellent retention, and plans for continued expansion.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in Export and/or International sales, with a strategic new business approach and understanding of global markets. You will also need to be able to travel internationally 50%+ of the time, with a working knowledge of different cultures and ways of selling.

The salary for this role is competitive, with a basic salary, bonus, and commission scheme, negotiable car allowance, pension, laptop, mobile, 25 days' holiday, and all expenses covered.
