Job Description

As a Clinical Assessor, you will be responsible for carrying out telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to gather information about customers' experiences and circumstances. You will use this insight to produce factual reports that help the Department for Work and Pensions determine eligibility for benefits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An NMC-registered nurse with 1 year's broad post-registration experience
  • A proactive and keen individual who is comfortable working towards individual and team targets in a supportive environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of customers and conditions
