Job Description: As a Residential Support Worker with Brook Street Social Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in residential care. Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading shifts in a care setting.
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or a recognised equivalent).
  • Training and experience in safeguarding.
  • An innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.

Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, including sleep ins, along with a range of benefits, including 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, professional qualifications, excellent training opportunities, and pension with up to 7% employer contribution, including life assurance cover.
