Head of Finance and Operations: Job Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance and Operations to lead our client's finance team in Coventry. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's finances, including purchase ledger, credit control, sales ledger, payroll, cash flow forecasting, management accounts, P+L, banking and bank reconciliations. You will also be responsible for supporting HR matters and driving business growth through effective financial planning and decision-making.

The benefits include a competitive salary of around £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, a hybrid working arrangement with set hours from 8am-4.30pm, 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and 5% pension contribution. To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in finance, including accounting, budgeting and forecasting. Experience in HR would be beneficial but not essential.
