Key Responsibilities:
Full 360 Recruitment Cycle:
Manage the entire recruitment process from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement within the EU Tech and Engineering sectors.
Business Development:
Actively identify and engage new clients. Build strong, long-lasting relationships through regular meetings, networking, and tailored recruitment proposals.
Client Relationship Management:

Candidate Sourcing:

Market Research & Knowledge:
