About the Role

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a skilled Poker Dealer to join our team. As a Poker Dealer, you will be responsible for dealing a successful and entertaining poker game, providing a professionally dealt game of poker, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

You will welcome customers warmly, live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions, and work with colleagues to provide efficient and dynamic service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Dealing tournament and cash games in an efficient and precise manner
  • Providing a professionally dealt game of poker
  • Ensuring a memorable guest experience
  • Welcoming customers warmly
  • Living our values and working with colleagues to provide efficient service


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Knowledge of Texas Hold 'Em and other poker variants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Impeccable technical standards in dealing, chips skills, and bet calculation
