This position plays a pivotal role within the STEP team, focusing on effective communication between design teams and project planning units. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of interdependencies and interfaces, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, and monitoring progress against established plans.

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the development of our fusion energy project. As Project Coordinator (Development Consent Order Interface Manager), you will be responsible for coordinating efforts across various teams, including Master Planning, Business Development, and other stakeholders. This involves working closely with the STEP Communications Team to plan community engagement events, creating reports to track project progress, and collaborating with the Development Consent Order Lead to identify and implement recovery actions when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a university degree in a STEM field or similar subject, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in planning processes under TCPA and/or Development Consent Order regulations is highly valued, as is basic project management knowledge.
