We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Advisor to join our team at Boots. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and delivering high-quality pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on their healthcare needs, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
- Deliver accurate and efficient dispensing services, ensuring the safe supply of medicines and maintaining high standards of pharmacy practice.
- Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to promote services and items, and to develop and implement effective pharmacy strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A strong background in pharmacy practice, with a focus on customer care and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacy practices and technologies.
- A valid NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services, or equivalent qualification.
