We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NMC registered nurse to join our healthcare team at Pharmaxo Group.
About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care and administering a range of medications in various environments, including clinics, residential accommodation, and patients' own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient observations and ensure patient safety
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and well-being
Requirements:
- Full NMC registration
- Excellent cannulation/phlebotomy skills
- Experience in standard and complex infusion therapies
- Commitment to maintain professional development
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving license
- Willingness to travel to meet the needs of the services provided
What We Offer:
- Annual salary: £36,646 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
- Car allowance up to £6,465 per annum or entry to a salary sacrifice scheme
- 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Annual company bonus scheme (subject to eligibility)
- Pension - auto-enrolled after 3 months of employment at 5% (with an employer contribution of 4%)
- Life assurance 10 x salary with a max of £300,000
